The new MICHELIN Anakee Wild is aimed at bikers who seek adventure, either solo or with a passenger, who set out on treks, whether alone or in groups, for a weekend or longer, those for whom biking means expeditions, experiencing and discovering.

The Michelin Anakee Wild 110/80-19 Radial F TL/TT is aimed at riders who want to break away from paved roads and fully exploit the potential of bikes designed for both roads as well as the most uneven, sandy, stony and muddy tracks.

The new Michelin Anakee Wild tyre was thus designed to adapt to all terrain types and situations, as well as the most varied climates.

In short, it is a 'multi-purpose' tyre that demonstrates its performance according to the conditions it is subjected to.

The mission of the development engineers was to combine three performance characteristics together.

  • Excellent stability
  • Performance made to last
  • Excellent robustness
  • Resistance to damage - its reinforced radial technology casing makes this tyre extremely resistant to damage.
  • Long-lasting - its optimised tread depth and new compound mix ensure this tyre is long-lasting.
  • Very precise steering - radial technology, used for the first time on a Michelin knobbly tyre, makes for on-road stability and rider comfort.

Excellent mileage and resistance to overheating and wear: this is due to the new tread composition and optimised tread depth
On-road stability and comfort. This is due to the radial technology, available for the first time in the world on four different sizes of knobbly tyres
Wet road grip, riding precision, as well as off-road traction. This combined performance characteristics are due to the innovative design of the tread blocks, inspired by those on the Michelin Desert tyres, which have won the Paris-Dakar 33 times.
