The AltRider Chain Guard for the BMW F 800 GS is a significant upgrade over the flimsy stock piece.
The chain guard is precision manufactured from a single piece of 1/8” (3.2 mm) aluminium to provide superior strength without adding significant weight. The deliberate design compliments the refined styling of the F 800 GS. The chain guard protects the chain from errant debris, while also protecting the rider in the event of a broken chain.
Provided hardware mounts use custom turned aluminium sleeves and rubber inserts to eliminate any vibration.
